So we went to Karijini in the weekend, and it was our first time there. The kids had a ball exploring the place and hiking with us. We really had fun even when it got really cold at night. We stayed at the eco retreat so was a little spoilt in the bush because we had the hot water and still slept on the bed rather than opt for the swags and sleeping bags, but we really enjoyed it and hopefully next time, when we go back…we can try camping style.
I will share some photos here from our trip in the next few days although I didn’t take a lot of photos because it was hard with the two little kids with us, especially while we were hiking or climbing up a gorge. We went through this little woods that I really like, especially with all the roots of the big trees at the side, so I just took a few quick snaps of the kids in between catching our breath and giving way to other people coming and going.
I took this photo really quickly but when I opened it up, I really thought of a fantasy photo, so I just did a really quick edit to give it a little bit of a fantasy feel as well as with some fairy dust. I could do more but I didn’t have much time, but still I like it.
